To create a new article, copy the text between the two lines below, hit the Edit link above, and paste in the edit box. Change accordingly.
Thomas Jefferson Encyclopedia articles have a standard format that you will need to follow. Whenever you create a new article, simply copy and paste in the text of the template below and use it as a guide. Simply delete any elements that you don't need.
Note:To copy and paste, drag the mouse from the bottom and work your way up. If you have trouble highlighting the text, click on Printable Version on the left side of the screen under Toolbox.

First introductory sentence should have the word or phrase of the article in it in '''bold'''. If you need to use ''italics'' use two apostrophes.
